Sports Event Forms (including the Paris Marathon)

Some sports event forms (e.g. the Paris Marathon) require a medical examination to be undertaken by the signing Doctor prior to completion.

Frequently this is not available via NHS GPs or alternatively is not available within a satisfactory timescale. We can normally complete such forms very promply ensuring that you are certified for your activity.
